The 30 one- and two-bedroom apartments at Lexham Gardens are arranged on all floors of the building, and each is decorated in a Racing Green, Royal Red or Cool Equestrian style. There are two luxury one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor facing the communal garden which have small, private terraces. Some of the apartments on the upper floors have a dual aspect, with views over the square to the front and the garden to the rear.
The superior and luxury one-bedroom apartments are located on the lower ground and ground floors. Two of the luxury one-bedroom apartments have a private patio space facing into the communal garden. The Deluxe one-bedroom apartments have additional space and are situated on the first floor.
Guests will find the superior two-bedroom apartments on various floors, all decorated in the cool Neutral Equestrian theme. The luxury two-bedroom apartments are dressed either in Royal Red or Neutral Equestrian décor, with more space than the superior apartments. Both the superior and luxury two-bedroom apartments comfortably accommodate three adults, with space for a fourth adult on a sofa bed in the living room. The deluxe two-bedroom apartments are located on the upper floors, with two spacious bedrooms easily accommodating four adults.
