QUARANTINING WITH CHEVAL COLLECTION

We are delighted you are considering completing your quarantine on arrival into the United Kingdom at a Cheval Residence.

Under covid-19 regulations as set out by the English and Scottish governments, guests arriving into the United Kingdom in some cases must quarantine for a period of 14 days. To make your stay as comfortable as possible you can expect the following services and amenities.

HELPFUL TIP: MAKE A BUBBLE

At some of our Residences if you are travelling as a group or extended family, we can arrange for your apartments to be clustered as a ‘bubble’, so you can self-isolate together. These configurations are not possible everywhere, but we will do our best to accommodate you

STOCKING YOUR APARTMENT

As standard for longer stays we provide a complimentary welcomehamper with essentials including tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs and other assorted other items.

We are also happy to help with pre-stocking your fridge and kitchen with groceries. We recommend you book a delivery slot between 12h and 14h on the day of your arrival to give us time to unload all the shopping before you check in at 15h.

HELPFUL TIP: DOWNLOAD THE APP

For any questions about your stay you can download the Cheval App which has a messaging service to connect you directly to our front office team. The chat function is available 24 hours a day, although after midnight UK-time it may take us a little longer to respond.

TAKEAWAY FOOD DELIVERIES

In addition to grocery deliveries as mentioned above, many of our guests choose to order from nearby restaurants. As with deliveries of packages, we will coordinate delivery to your front door.

COVID SAFE

We have put in place comprehensive measures in our Residences to ensure everyone’s safety, and these apply regardless of whether you are quarantining with us or not. These measures are fully explained in our Covid-19 factsheet.

DELIVERIES TO YOUR APARTMENT

We are more than happy to coordinate any deliveries to your apartment, be they from Amazon or any other online provider. Our team will accept delivery on the ground floor and bring all packages directly to your front door.

PETS

All Cheval Residences are pet friendly, however the regulations do not permit anyone quarantining to leave home, even to walk a dog. If your pet will be joining you before you have completed your quarantine period, please ask us about organising a service to ensure they get some exercise.

SERVICING YOUR APARTMENT

Normally we provide at least a weekly cleaning service, however during the first 14 days whilst you are quarantining, we will instead make all the necessary cleaning products available for your personal usage.

KEEPING FIT – BODY AND MIND

As you will be unable to access any on-site gym facilities during your quarantine, we recommend downloading the Cheval app, which has some workout and meditation videos designed to be done in an apartment.

ENTERTAINMENT

All Cheval Residences have TVs with a selection of satellite channels plus stable complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stream content onto your personal devices.
