This rate is a fully prepaid rate at the time of booking. This rate is non-refundable. Rates include VAT, a Dubai municipal fee and service charges. A Dubai city fee will also apply at a rate starting from AED20 per room, per night. Apartments with more than one bedroom are assessed for the city fee on a per room, per night basis. This fee is payable on arrival. Upon arrival we will request a copy of the credit card which was used to make the reservation, and also reserve the right to request a matching valid ID. Acceptable forms of identification are: an original passport. A credit card pre-authorisation will also be taken upon check-in for any incidental charges incurred during your stay. The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
