Rates start from £1,450 per calendar month plus VAT at the prevailing rate, and a £325 monthly fee to cover all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax). A minimum 60 night stay requirement applies. This rate includes speedy Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and a linen change, and there is a complimentary gym on site available 24 hours a day. You will also be entitled to discounts at a range of bars and restaurants in the city.
