Our Concierge teams are the first point of contact for all guests and visitors arriving at our residences. The Concierge team provides a reception service, luggage storage and assistance, incoming and outgoing mail service, security and general information and assistance with any guest needs.
Our Housekeeping teams is responsible for the immaculate care and upkeep of all apartment, public spaces and colleague facilities in order to offer a clean and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues to enjoy.
Our Maintenance teams provide both a proactive and reactive service to ensure that each residence is maintained to a high standard. The department covers all aspects of maintenance including plumbing, air conditioning, electrics and building fabric.
Management / Administration
Our Management teams supported by our administration colleagues provide information and assistance to support the day-to-day operational activities of the business as well as responding to reservation enquires, dealing with administration of accounts and resolving customer complaints.
Sales and Marketing
Our Sales and Marketing team are responsible for generating global brand awareness, and driving business into all residences to contribute to revenue targets by conducting sales calls to new and existing clients, and co-ordinating activity of overseas representatives and the public relations agency.
Our Finance team effectively administers all aspects of financial management, reporting and control systems by ensuring all financial operating policies and procedures have been maintained, adhered to and communicated fully to colleagues; managing company cash flow; depositing excess cash and safeguarding company assets.
Our HR team provides both a strategic and operational HR service and contributes to the delivery of Company objectives relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Our IT team provides, maintains and supports the IT Infrastructure, ensuring that business critical systems are in operational order at all times. The department is also responsible for making sure the Company adheres to relevant data protection policies and procedures.
